VISALI ENTERPRISES (The distribution company Established in 2005)

VISALI ENTERPRISES is a partnership concern having two partners, one of the partners is Mr. K. S. Panchakshari, an MBA with finance as specialization is well experienced for over 4 decades in the pharmaceutical industry in the areas of marketing, HR, finance and Secretarial. Another partner Mr. K.N.S.Subrahmanyam is managing partner.

The day to day administration and operations are being conducted by Mr. K. N. S. Subrahmanyam who is a Commerce Graduate with lot of experience in distribution of various products.

Mr. KNS. Subrahmanyam who has been authorised by the partner to conduct the business and bring the partnership to new heights. Has been authorised to take independent decisions as the situation warrants in all matters like finance and others. He is also been given power to take decision on matter of finance including banking.

Initially, distribution of X-Ray films of different sizes manufactured by KODAK INDIA LIMITED coupled with the expensive injection of IMAGING PRODUCTS INDIA Ltd., a subsidiary of famous pharmaceutical company BRACCO Italy, has been undertaken in Feb 2004.

VISALI ENTERPRISES served with these products in parts of Hyderabad and the entire Rayalaseema region.

Subsequently, the Diabetic Measuring Products manufactured by ROCHE DIAGNOSTIC INDIA Pvt. Ltd. and Medical Equipments for Ultra-sound and Radiology manufactured and marketed by LARSEN & TOUBRO Ltd for entire State of Andhra Pradesh, have been added. During the short period VISALI ENTERPRISES are the proud contributors in marketing as many as 23 X-Ray machines and 35 Ultra-sound machines.

While VISALI ENTERPRISES continued with ROCHE DIAGNOSTIC INDIA Pvt. Ltd. the Electronic Medical Equipment Company VISION MEDICAL EQUIPMENT Pvt. Ltd. themselves offered distribution of their entire range of products in the Andhra Pradesh.

We have been appointed as Super Stockist for Andhra Pradesh by renowned Multi National Company M/s. ALERE MEDICAL Pvt. Ltd (formally INVERNESS MEDICAL INDIA Pvt. Ltd). This company has a variety of medical diagnostic products.

We have been appointed as distributors for Hyderabad and Secunderabad in the month of Jan 2010, on our performance we have been changed as Super Stockist for Andhra Pradesh for crockery product of Multi-national Company M/s. World kitchen.

We have also been appointed as distributors for Hyderabad and Secunderabad in the month of April 2011 for Sharp Business Systems Ltd. to market sharp air conditioners, refrigerators etc.

We have also been appointed as distributors for Hyderabad and Secunderabad in the month of June 2012 for TATA Chemicals Ltd. to market Water Purifiers etc.
