| Sharp Hosts Press Conference to Introduce New AQUOS Models in China |

On July 3, 2012, Sharp held a press conference in Shanghai to introduce new AQUOS LCD TVs for the Chinese market.

6 new models including the 80V-inch type, the largest LCD TV size in China, were introduced. This will add up to 11 models in total for the 60V-inch and above LCD TVs introduced to the Chinese market.
Mr. Donnie Yen, who is currently the image character for Sharp's health and environment related products, will newly be assigned to promote AQUOS LCD TVs in China as well. His strong image will help foster the image of AQUOS of its large size and advanced technology.
